I'm reading two books right now. Book Five of Game of Thrones and The Lace Reader by Brunonia Barry

I also notice a problem of heavy bloating when I eat anything with beans as well. It has just been in the past couple of years I have noticed this stuff and tested it all out, by cutting those things out. I really miss falafals! I'll be talking to my doctor about it at my next visit. But that may be another thing that…

you could have a dairy allergy. This happens to me (my belly is never flat but the bloating makes me look very preggers) when I eat dairy.

Great job!!!

Very encouraging. Thank you!

Same here! I guess one small step is better than no step and I tend to walk into things when I look back!

Thank you! I have learned I have to change my strategy! My work schedule now does not fit with my strategy which fit perfectly with my work schedule before.
-
I also tend to waste time thinking of all the things I should be doing.

This is exactly how I have decided to approach it. Slow and steady wins the race as they say.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone in this! All very inspiring! Thank you!

Are you taking B12? You may have a deficiency. I've been taking 5000mcg and it's made a big difference in my energy levels. I'm no doctor though, just going by my personal experience.

I couldn't have asked it better myself. I also find I sabotage myself if the scale goes up or doesn't move. I just give up. It's a mental thing and I don't know how to get past it. I think. I put my 100% in other aspects of my life, like my job. Why can't I put the same energy and love into myself? I am actually actively…

I have to say I haven't noticed too much meanness here. The one weightloss forum I noticed it was on Weight Watchers. It kind of surprised me so I was pleasantly surprised when I did not see the same behavior here. I feel there is a kind bluntness here. We are all in the same boat and I don't know about anyone else, but I…

I am also in my 30's and have about 40 pounds to lose. I have been here for a while but have let go and ready to try again. I'd love to be a mutual support system. I know I could use all the encouragement I can get.

Thas for sharing!! You look absolutely amazing and hot!

I don't think it's a matter of judging more of seeing where I fit in cause I notice peoples bodies too but not to judge. And 90% of the time I think they all look way better than me and I'm trying to look like them. If that makes any sense.

I get so bloated and a lot of times gain. A couple of months ago I started using Nuva Ring and it has regulated me a lot. I still had a small weight loss the week before but the bloating was minimal and I wasn't too uncomfortable to exercise like I usually am. this week, after TOM was over I had a two pound weight loss.

Isn't not doing anything about being overweight a little degrading in itself. I have degraded myself long enough. I totally agree that it is a reality check and they know that they are signing up to expose it all and get healthy.

Amazing!

PTs are expensive but worth it and most gyms will work something out with you. My gym offers an initial session free and I signed up for at least twice a month and he will help me come up with a plan. I've always just kinda gone, done cardio for thirty minutes to an hour and if its not too crowded got on the machines. So…

like house cleaning and every day life activities. I don't count those...

I agree....eating really is only supposed to refuel us right? So if we ate to eat back calories when we aren't hungry isnt that over eating? And if we are eating back exercise calories aren't' we just going backwards and maintaining? It doesn't make sense to me either. So, I am with you. I will let my body be the one to…

I love the atmosphere of my gym. And everyone seems to be really nice. And mine is definitely very affordable. Good job joining. It really is a good investment!

And logging in calories also encourages me to exercise because I love to log in those exercise calories! Not to mention it really does feel good to exercise. It's just getting through the doors of the gym I have a hard time with most of the time.

For me if I workout everything else seems to be so much easier. And finding something I love like zumba or kickboxing.
