what works best for you?
in regards to fitness and dieting what are some tips and tricks that work for you.
tell me yours and i'll tell you mine. we can hopefully help each other out.

    Count every calorie, eat in moderation and get off my butt for workouts. I think that explains my life these days.

    Plan your meals out a week in advance. It saves on the last minute trying to figure out what to have and you can do your shopping according to the meals you plan to eat.

    I got up super early this morning and cooked dinner before work so that I could have extra time at the gym tonight. Organisation is the key!:laugh:

    For me if I workout everything else seems to be so much easier. And finding something I love like zumba or kickboxing.

    Stay under my calorie goal AND limit my sugar intake. I have lost 30 pounds. This is the first time in years, that I have been able to stick to a diet plan. My eating habits have changed...for good!

    Patience, patience patience. Not throwing in the towel after 1 bad meal or day. Do not eat standing up! I used to consume so many cals while preparing meals. The no standing rule has helped a lot.
