You are welcome, basically do strength train, but dont blast yourself or try to bench 250lbs lol.. just have small goals like a pull up, or 2 min plank.

you might consider body weight exercises, it is a good foundation to start and you will build body strength without any weight. you can get a really good workout doing that for a while, and when your body starts to move easier and you are starting to find the exercises easier, start adding 5 lb dumbbells here and there.…
