  • I read somewhere to eat 2 hours before you workout. If you are unable to eat 2 hours prior then eat 1 tbs of peanut butter 20 minutes before. Usually if I am hungry afterwards which is most of the time I will have a slim fast with 1 scoop of french vanilla powder and 8 oz. of water. Hope that helps ya.
