Capris and sleeveless shirts.... Mainly all my workout clothes are Nike brand, but thats just because I am comfy in that. I can not stand wearing sleeves. I have been wearing compression capris under running shorts because I have an issue with my running shorts gathering up! hate that!

I have been doing 5x a week and 1 1/2 to 2 hrs of cardio a day. But, like the precious posts dont over work yourself. Soak in epsom salt every now and again it helps. Good luck

I always work nights, but for the police dept. I bring my own meals like a chicken breasts, green beans, tuna packs, a ziplock bag of fruit usually blueberries and cherries. He is male!!! lol But you do need support while you are battling the cravings of fast food and soda pop so I guess it is a great thing you joined here!
