Thought I was careful too. But still managed to put one and half pound back.... Today is a new day.... Wait we are having a potluck at work... What a mess!!! But I will try mu best to stay away from all the temptation... may be.... i do know tha I will be working out today for sure!!!!!! Good luck to all!!!

That happens sometimes, as long as you don't keep it that way. Our mind and body seem to take full charge of our will sometimes..........May be that is what you were craving for, and if it made you content so be it... MODERATION IS THE BEST THING!!!! Dust off and start back. Best of luck!!!

I usually weigh first thing in the mornig and on the same scale.. That seems to keep me from getting all confused. Hope that helps

I also had the same question last wk and was suggestd to may be use the aerobic, which gives you a high and low impact aerobic. It is definately dependent on the actual workout that one does and how it is done. So.... I have been using the low impact 20 Min. I know I am working hard ( and ache a lot ofter done working…

May I just say? I wish I did that!! I am always above my Carbs and very low onmy protein. What can I eat that would help me stay away from eating so many carbs. All my life i knew to eat was carbs. Please I would welcome any ideas from all of you !!

YES I DID AND DO!!! Here is what I do I workout for the Sweet that I will be having every day. Say if I ma going to have a bar of Dove choccolate I workout to burn for the 250 extra calories that I know I will get... It seems to work for me.. But please don't deprive yourself... It only gets worse if you did that....I love…

Please let me joing I ma going to be 43 this October and it is just not much fun anymore... I keep most of my clothes from when I was 125 lbs (it is only been 12 years ago ha ha) and her I'm at 160 lbs. My biggest problem are carbohydrates, I can care less if I did not have any protein in a day, I walk/jog on my treadmill…

Please don't give up.... Just keep doing a little every day. I had such a rough time this wk is as though the minute I try to take care of myself evrything starts to happen from all kinds of stress to the PERSISTANT body ache.... And this is what is say to myself ... I am going to walk on that treadmill if it only 10…
