Just hung in there. Some days are going to be worse than others. I also was feeling that way this wkend. (actually evry wkend) I seem to be doing good on the wk days and then Sat/Sun is as though I can't have enough food. But I make a goal on Sun. night to start back in the morning. PLEASE don't feel like you can't.

Way to go... Not sure if you or anyone else might have some suggestions for me. Looking at my calori intake I seem to be under or within my daily cal. But I just noticed that half of my calories are taken after4 o'clock. Any suggestions?? Please HELP

Me too and I am still trying to learn this site. It sure does seem to be very friendly and ver very motivating to keep on goin. My biggest problem is after sundown. We don;t keep much of frozzen foods at home. But we are big on pasta, rice bread pretty much all carbs. How do you stay within the daily Cal?? Please HELP Adina
