Nice changes. We never really see the changes until they are drastic but those around us see it and our clothes say it. Keep it up until "you" see the change. Besides, it's "you" who have to live with the changes. Keep it up!

At least you realize you need to work it off. It's when we eat all the calories in one sitting and don't work it off is when it really hurts. My weakness is the ferrero rocher balls. I'll be fine until I get in the checkout line and see the 3-pack. Those 3 lil stinkin hazelnut chocolate balls are 207 cal. I'll get over it…

I was honest. At first I was doing was of those "starve yourself to lose weight diets". That's why I'm not as hungry. I'm use to starving myself. So now, I'm to the point to lose weight to keep it off...

That's now. There was a time when I ate many calories but pretty much unhealthy foods. So I cut back (as if that was going to help-mind you I didn't substitute the good for the bad, I just cut back).
