oh i love this, i 1st heard of this years ago at a ww meeting. u think 1/4 lb is nothing, " i ONLY lost a 1/4 lb" until u c a stick of butter, then a 1/4 lb means so much more! ~i've lost 92 sticks of butter~

yes, i've found that if I start w/too low of a calorie goal i'm more likely to be hungry, i feel starved & all thnk about is my next meal. My PT Crusier- it was a lease but my cousin gifted me a 1994 Jag, but i'm a little shy about driving around town in it b/c its way to showy for my style. its parked in the drive way but is in dire need of a wash so i may just have to take it to the car wash.

if you settle for what you got, you deserve what you get! not sure if its motivational or not but the way i relate it to being overweight is this... if you SETTLE for being fat then you deserve to be fat. this has really helped me.
