Cottage cheese is about 100 calories for 1/2 a cup and it jam packed with protein! Also bumblebee salmon (not tuna) is about 60 calories for a two ounce package and it is jam packed with protein as well. Both of those will keep me full for a few hours! Hope this helps!

I try to stay under my calorie goal and I never eat my exercise calories unless Im starving. Then ill use a few of them. But I try to never use them.

I think my favorite tip would be to weigh yourself in the kitchen. Lol. I never thought of this before!

It could just be your salt intake. Your weight can fluctuate sometimes up to five pounds in one day if you eat to much salt or dont drink enough water. Mine does that sometimes too. Its best if you weigh yourself at the same time every time you weigh. Dont worry Im sure you are fine :)

Well my breakfast is probably my smallest meal of the day. I have a shake which is about 130 calories. and then I have a snack which i keep between 100-200 calories. My lunch I keep at about 200-250 calories and my dinner is my larger meal. It is anywhere from 500-800 Calories depending on how much my snack and my lunch…

I love avocados. I usually eat them raw with some salt and pepper sprinkled on them. Or when I make a sandwich I replace the mayo with some avocado. It amazing.

I get like this too sometimes. Mostly when I ate before hand.

Gradual changes do last longer. I also find that if you drink more water it helps a lot. When I go to the store I just dont buy the things that Im not suppose to eat. Hope this helps.
