Hey guys! I am currently 255 and my ultimate goal weight is 160-170. My first goal is to lose 20 pounds. I havent nailed down exactly where I want to be quite yet. I would love for anyone to add me and we can all support each other in our weightloss goals! Have an awesome day everyone!

I would buy the elliptical! I definitely want one because I have a treadmill. I just enjoy the elliptical a lot more!

Thanks for the ideas! And I'm not to lazy to do breakfast in the morning. I just have two little boys who suffer from night terrors and are usually up all night so I dont get much sleep. But I still want to be able to eat something healthy in the morning. But that was nice of you to judge someone you dont know :)

Eat it with one of your meals. You need something on your stomach to eat it. Most people cant handle all the vitamins that are in a daily vitamin on an empty stomach.

HCG is soooooo bad for you! If youre only eating 500 calories a day then you are in starvation mode....

Sumo squats. My trainer told me that it takes a long time to build muscles in your butt but...haha that sumo squats were one of the best ways. And lots of them!

Well dont just start lifting heavy weights. You could injure yourself. You should start out slow with a strength program and work your way up. Building muscle burns more fat.

I was having the same problem for a while. But if you plan your meals out and just budget your calories around it then you should be okay. Also only eat half and save the other half for later. And I give myself 200 extra calories on Saturdays. Its kinda like my cheat day. Hope this helps!

Im personally not a fan of them. I tried the peanut butter and the onion dip..and yuck :( I couldnt even eat it. But thats awesome that it works for you!

Life throws you trials and they are hard! Your weight can fluctuate throughout the day due to water and other things. So you should weigh at the same time everyday. Mine will fluctuate sometimes five pounds in one day from water intake and what not! Just keep with it! It will pay off trust me!
