I also had 2 month success, going from a fasting Blood Sugar of 156 to 106 in two months. Triglycerides dropped from 171 to 105, Total Chol. at 156 from 198, bad @ 91, Good @ 48. Not bad for two months A1C @ 5.7.

Don't mind piercings in normal locations, but I think they can be overdone (especially like 4 in each earlobe and noses and lips) and the overdone ones along with gauges scream "Hey, look, I'm going to be self-employed someday!" since they turn many employers off from the first impression.

Why not? Sounds better to say 15 stone than 210 pounds. Every measurement is historically arbitrary. Why lbs, Ozs, tons, kilograms? Somebody had to decide on something and I guess the stone the used that day was 14 lbs.!
