Since a poptart is a pastry...I'm willing to bet 1 poptart is 1 pastry.

chicken breasts are white meat so um...let's go with that  I don't recommend eating chicken nipples

this. Highly recommend getting people who do not have that problem and the people who don't have that problem supporting the ones that do.
-
this.
-
It is, this for me since keeping LBM is a goal.

*squeezes your cheeks* You're some cute. I remember when boys made me nervous. Ahhh the excitement. Don't worry, you have this body part thing you can control them with, they'll be getting fat off it, the last thing they'll be thinking about is yours

Over a year. I don't count anymore really (though I did log today). I think they're getting at the point it's inconvenient. And it is. If I start going up however, counting usually gives me a reality check.
-
Whatever your preference. Mine depends on schedule. Usually that means fasted.

Can't believe I didn't get to this until 6 pages in! Recommend reading!

Well I'm glad the op has their head on straight and isn't trying to self diagnose and run off to the doctor. Id try healthy eating and exercise before I picked the diagnose for drugs route. A lot of these problems can disappear with diet and exercise. It had cured diabetes in my family and it has cured my heart, arthritis,…

myplate also does this. If someone enters a unit of measurement, it uses conversions to list a bunch of units to choose from. I understand not listing grams and converting it to cups since it depends on what it is, but listing volume measurements with volume measurements and weight measurements with weight measurements can…
-
Apparently it is hard. That's actually not universal (the conversion to grams). For example, a cup of water is 236 grams. One cup of condensed milk is about 306 grams.
-
I have D cups. I mean... If you see cup, buy a measuring cup. Then fill it up to the point where it says "1 cup" or "8 oz". Cup is a unit of measurement, not random peoples cups, the measurement should universally be the same. Keep in mind not all liquids weigh the same so sometimes it's more convenient to weigh by the…

Make a pretty pattern and make sure one of the weights won't fit to punish all the people doing curls wrong. Roar.
-
Highly recommend doing some sort of strength training if lean body mad is one of you're concerns. The heavier you lift the better the results. If you're problem with equipment is money I recommend looking at classified sites for cheap or free equipment
-
You're eating at a deficit. exercise puts you at an even larger deficit. Sometimes huge deficits work against us. I recommend eating them back for healths sake.
-
Hey, don't make fun! What if he came after you? You never know what would happen...
-
All I took away from this is that they're like a rock :p

lol this. And people being lazy. I can put down a whole lot more mcdonalds then someone sitting on their butt all day. Are you blaming food adverts for people sitting on their butt?
-
Oh look another thread blaming something other then eating to much for making someone fat. It's all sugars fault It's all fats fault It's foods fault It's parents fault It's sciences fault It's such and such over the hill's fault It's advertisings fault I blame you guys. You make me want to eat popcorn. This forum sure can…

One thing I'll point out is weight loss isn't linear, even on the measuring tape. We grow and shrink throughout the day for many reasons. Particularly when exercising. I see a lot of 'but I'm getting fatter' threads from people who obsessively measure themselves over a very short period of time.
-
Yup, people can feel like something looks disproportionately large or small depending on how they lose weight. Genes being a big factor here. I shrank in the waist and my *kitten* and hips stayed huge and only shrunk slightly be it with cardio or lifting or sitting on my *kitten*. My legs stayed scrawny. It seems the first…
-
Damn you short/hipless bishs. Do you know what I'm jealous of? Fitting into size 2s :flowerforyou: At 5'8 and a 25 inch waist with significantly larger hips, I have to settle for something my *kitten* fits into :(
-
This, this this this this...this.
-
lol beats me but I thankfully read it and appreciated it  :flowerforyou: I wish moderators left a note when they clean out a thread so people don't get confused or at least suggest there's another side of a debate getting left out. That's several pages gone now. Mind you in this case I don't think it matters, but I…

I'm the same height and weight. Except I lift without fear of getting bulky. In fact I wouldn't mind bulking my thighs but thus far no luck
