I keep meaning to try water with fruit, mint, veggies...but how long does it have to sit before you drink it??:smile:

you have to find your "thing". Everybody has one..and branch out from there...try things that you never tried before. I run, machines...bootcamp..but now I added Zumba and Yoga.
