Yours is the best attitude toward weight loss I have seen in years. You have hit the mark and I thank you for sharing.

Love this! So well said! Congratulations on a job well done. Good luck with that last 10--no doubt that you'll do it!
-
Way to go! You look great!

FANTASTIC!! Love your approach--everything in moderation! I needed this today--thanks for sharing!

In a word: AMAZING! Thanks for sharing! If anyone needs motivation, they should post your pics on their desk/fridge/wherever!

Wishing you all the motivation in the world, Kelly! I'm sure you can do it--buy that bikini now and hang it on the door of the fridge!

Just started CLX this past weekend, and I agree--having the calendar there with the schedule already decided is a definite plus!

I can SO relate to this! How MANY times do I have to keep undoing what I do to myself? Just glad I stopped my unhealthy ways earlier this time. As others have said, just focus on what you can do NOW, not what you did THEN. We're all here to support one another! Good luck!

I'll do some research on both of these--thanks for the reply!

Thanks for the fast replies! I think I'll definitely get at least 25 lbs. per hand. Yes, we should definitely post our progress as time goes by!

I agree with what has been said--learn what you can from it, but don't obsess about it, since that can lead to a downward (well, upward!) spiral. I blew my eating tonight, but I wrote it down because that accountability is critical if tomorrow is going to be a better day. If you don't allow yourself the occasional "goof…

Great sentiment to live by! Similar to the old WW adage: Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

Total transformation! Way to go!

I'm 45--and WAY better now than I was at 25 or 35, when running 10 miles would have been a pipe dream! Age is just a state of mind!

As others have said, BodyGlide is the way to go! Not too expensive and it is designed specifically to end the dreaded chub rub! It comes in both women's and men's formulas, but I don't know what the difference is, if any.

Amazing! Very inspirational--thanks for sharing!

There are definitely days that I avoid the scale, too! Wow--107 pounds down--AMAZING!!

Chinese food makes mine zoom up, even if it is one of the "healthier" dishes. MSG ... sigh ...

Thanks for posting--glad I'm not the only one who feels that daily weigh ins are not always a bad thing! Interestingly, I find that if I get off track, it usually takes two days to show up on the scale. In other words, my snack-a-thon last Sunday afternoon didn't hit the scale until Tuesday, even though I stuck to my goals…

I went to my doctor with the same thing, right hip. Given the location it did not sound like any kind of fracture or bursitis, so she sent me to a physical therapist who said my left leg is about 1/4 inch shorter than the other, so that I may be overcompensating on the right side when I run. He suggested getting a lift for…
