Sister moved today and we all helped! Whew I'm glad thats over!

this week I will be off of TOM so I can go swimming...yeah!

Truth is that I don't feel like doing activity before or after keeping my niece (she drains all the energy out of me..lol) ... I know it is an excuse and that I need to fir some kind of activity in my day...will try to go to the exercise room at the apartment clubhouse asap...beginning today!

I wish I could find something that works for my activity....I have no excuses and I know I can do it...cuz I have done it in the past......time to get back on track

this weeks goal is to just get through it...it is TOM for me and I will be doing good just to get finished with the week.
