I do 1300-1500 calories a day , lower carb(when possible) . I also weigh myself daily! no issues there :) A trick that works well for me is called calorie "shifting" . It confuses your metabolism and I believe keeps it going at a high rate( I am no expert just repeating what i have found). One day I will eat 1500 calories then 1300 the next day then 1600 then maybe a day of 1100…
