Hi there. Since last Monday I have lost 1.4 pounds 2 inches off my waist and an 1 inch of my hips Will take other measurements today. Rather pleased considering I had a night away at a friends wedding to contend with. Good luck everyone x

Wow you have given me so much hope. I have 4 adorable kiddies. 6 year old, 4 year old twins and a 13 week old. I thought my body was ruined but now I know I can look amazing again. Thank you for sharing your pics x

Google 30 day shred or Jillian Micheals the so day shred is on you tube. Torture but quick results :0)

I'll be recording my shred tonight muscles are killing this morning and need my arm strength to carry round my 13 week old during the day. Looking forward to it though :0)
