I refuse to give up my cream and sugar but I've managed to cut down the calories by drinking less, or using sugar free creamer and I have also used coconut milk which has less calories as well. You have to live a little and I am not negotiating on this one! :drinker:

I'm in. The most I have ever lost in a month is 7 pounds. I would like to lose 8-10 pounds for the month of May.

I was having the same problem where I would weigh in and not see a difference and honestly it would get me down and out. So I stopped and started weighing in once a month only and it felt great! For me, if I see a small change like .5 pounds, I start to think about whether or not all of my hard work is worth the effort…

All of the above - running and lifting. BUT ESPECIALLY running stadiums. While I'm running up the stairs I really think I'm about to die... but after it is all said and done, nothing makes me feel like I've really put some work in like those stadium steps.
