07/21/2012 - 300 squats, lunges, and leg extensions I has a pretty busy day because I had to babysit today, I am sure I lost ten pounds just by running around with the child, but it was fun.

I want to be able to wear shorts, a tank, and a swimsuit. It is so hot where I live, but I am still not confident enough to wear shorts. It makes me a bit sad when I see so many girls on campus with shorts, but it also motivates me.

Hello! I used to do five miles everyday, but since my body has gotten used to it I vary the miles. On Sundays I usually do five miles. On the days when I do not do much exercise I usually do five miles. It does get boring, so sometimes I have to take a break from it and do something else.

Hey! I started it today, and I started the 30 Day Shred this past Sunday. I am also doing Killer Buns and Thighs, but I will finish that this Saturday. It is amazing that you are going to do a round 2. How did you like it overall?

Thank you so much! I changed my setting from active to very active. I will see how this goes, and hopefully it helps. I really wish mfp described each level with how much exercise you do each day/week rather than your job.

Yes, I noticed as well, but to be fair I believe they workout for hours to do the videos. It did not bother me.

07/11/2012 - 300 squats and lunges barbiecat- the step up event sounds great! Wow! I cannot imagine doing such a thing myself. The squats and lunges definitely help with various other exercises.

I am doing Killer Buns and Thighs and walking with Leslie Sanson's 5 Real Big Miles, I usually do between three and five miles. Sometimes, I play DDR as well.

Welcome! I also started the 30 Day Shred before and only got to Level 1, Day 10, and then I got busy and quit. I started again this past Sunday, and hopefully I can finish since I have already done Ripped in 30. It is great to have a support group.

I already did Ripped in 30, so I might do Six Week Six Pack. I will definitely keep doing Killer Buns and Thighs because it has helped me greatly. I was thinking about joining some cycling classes at my school. Right now, I just want to get through the 30 Day Shred.
