Haha!! I have eaten cake quite a bit lately due to birthdays and I'm still losing! It's all about making room for it in one's meal plan!

I'm recently obsessed as well and trying all the brands and flavors. They're so good and you can do so much with it!

I think that just because people don't say anything does not mean they don't notice! I saw several replies saying nobody has noticed but I would say that they have but weight gain/loss can be a touchy subject so they just might not mention it.

I highly recommend increasing your intake as well.

Eventually, something's gotta give. I was extremely anorexic for much of my life but now in recovery. My body would cling onto everything and nobody believed me that eating just a little bit would make me gain weight, but it would because my body was adjusting and holding onto everything. I finally just had to stop eating…

I haven't eaten there in forever but used to get an egg and cheese biscuit or something along those lines. Check the nutrition info online to see which has the fewest calories...biscuit, mcmuffin, etc. I have also tried their oatmeal with fruit and nuts. It's really good. I would definitely get it again sometime.

Yes, I am recovering from many years of severe anorexia and bulimia. Do not listen to anything your e.d. tells you! It's all lies and the more times you fight that voice, the less power you give it.

Loved this

YES!! THIS! I am so glad I am not the only one!

Yes, this is why they are so different, yet the same. Personally, it was when I was bulimic that I really could not lead a normal life at all. I did not only binge and purge during times of stress. I did it constantly. Not that I could lead a normal life when I was anorexic either, but when I think back it was bulimia that…

Sounds great, thank you!

Wow, I have not seen it personally but you are absolutely right in that those comments are incredibly insensitive. I have noticed that there a lot of rude comments in general on the forums though and it is so uncalled for. Like you, I don't get why people have to be so mean. =(

Are you able to eat healthy and within your limits? If so, do you still have the urge to binge and purge when you eat 'normally' or do you restrict and then later have the urge to binge and purge?

Please be careful, all of you. I have suffered from this horrible disease for much of my life and just really hope that none of you are headed down that road. I don't know what else to say other than to be very careful and proactive if you feel that this is all becoming a problem for you.
