Yes of course, I got it from here: http://justbento.com/handbook/recipe-collection-mains/balsamic-sesame-chicken when I was looking at her red wine vinegar chicken recipe. Personally next time I would use chicken breast because I find thighs too fatty... they might be a lot drier though.

Some really nice bento in here! Here is mine for today, seemed to work out at about 400cal all in. Rice with seasoning, sesame balsamic chicken, car-shaped egg, cherry tomatoes and babybel. And a little soy sauce bottle. Oh the little bag for the boxes made it into this one at the side too!

I agree with what others have said, red meat is 'healthy' (as are carbs) as long as it fits in your overall goals. In fact, I am prone to iron deficiency so I do like including red meat. I have difficulty getting to my (conservative) protein goals even including it. Plus, I like it!

Eating slightly over my calories, then eating loads because by then I've blown it anyway so it doesn't matter. And not logging it. Always thinking tomorrow will be better.

Personally I wouldn't log tea unless it has milk or sugar in it. I drink black tea, but I would do the same for plain green. If it's flavoured I suppose it depends what it's flavoured with. Can you scan the barcode?

Well.. if you're basically happy with your weight now, why not just concentrate on getting fitter and eat at maintenance or just under? I got my monbento box and you're right, it is big. I might just use the top layer for pieces of whole fruit, cutlery, little yoghurt pots etc. It's pretty though! :D

Depends what you count as 'exercise' I guess. For instance, the exercise database includes 'light housework'. Personally I would count that in to my activity level and not log it. But perhaps some people say they are completely sedentary and log it separately, then eat it back.

It also depends on what you've set your activity level on here. If you're sedentary then your calorie goal will not have allowed for much extra activity, if any. If you're active then your calorie goal will include a certain amount of extra calorie allowance.

Weird question but could you shift your 'breakfast' to the evening? I often find I'm not that hungry at breakfast and I'm eating it out of habit more than anything else. Either that or yes, I'd eat my own dinner later or split it.

I'm a great fan of bento and I use justbento as well! It makes me more conscious of what I'm taking for lunch and less likely to snack. I've not been doing it recently, must get back into it!
