the Herb Doc says regular means you have a BM for every regular meal you eat in a day! go to herbdoc.com to learn more. I now use Intestinal Formula #1 which is all natural, and I go minimum of 2x per day, but usually 3. And am finally losing weight.

My favorite is Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, comes in Maple Brown Sugar or Cinnamon or Banana Bread. 160 calories, 3g fat, 6g fiber, 7g protein. 1 packet is very filling!

My name is Julie, from MN. I am on Day 8, lost 2 pounds so far. I am not regular though, actually constipated today. I do eat the Liv Active Breakstone's cottage cheese daily and a greek yogurt daily. Anyone else have this issue? I am going to take an herbal laxative tonight, at that point.

I am also trying the 17 day diet, today is day 8, I am constipated, so can't lose weight if the waste isn't being gotten rid of right? Anyone else have this issue? I do have the Liv Active cottage cheese by Breakstone's daily as recommended in the book.

My personal trainer told me to eat 1800 especially on days we worked out. I did and gained 15 pounds over 2 months. I quit the trainer and am back eating only 1200 and running every other day, training for a 5k in May. Hope I can lose those 10. I am 54, 5'1" and weight 155 now. I started with the PT to lose weight.
