14 lbs is great! Don't rush it and don't give up either. Slow and steady weight loss is the kind you want. You are more likely to gain it all back if you lose it quickly. So keep pushing, make your workouts harder, more intense, add weights, run longer, do more crunches, sit up's, reps, MAKE YOURSELF UNCOMFORTABLE, cuz if…
