Just finished a week ago and about to start Extreme Shred & Shred this week! I didn't measure, I SO SHOULD HAVE cuz I totally lost inches and not so much weight...only 2 pounds lost. Lesson learned, always measure!

Will do! I'll be starting Extreme Shred & Shred this week for the next month and from there I plan on doing the Killer Buns & Thighs and 6week 6pack!

7 months after having my daudhter I am 3-5 lbs away from my goal! I achieved the loss in inches in these pics by doing Ripped in 30. I'll be starting Extreme Shred & Shred this week :) Can't wait.

You look fantastic! It is possible, I gained 34 lbs during my pregnancy, had a C-section, I'm 37 yrs old and am 5'3 1/2...my daughter turned 7 months today! I've got 3-5 more lbs to lose, but am pretty happy with myself :)

5lb weights here. Some of the moves are a lil difficult with them, but if it's too easy, you really aren't WORKING IT is what I say!

I don't remember where I read it, but I read that at 5 ft weight should be 100 lbs....and then 5 lbs for every inch after that. I'm 5'3 1/2 so that would put me at 117. Thanks so much everyone! I made sure to keep my calories under 1200 daily..had ONE cheat day a week where I went ALL OUT and ate GOOOOOOD STUFF, LOL!!
