LOL, thanks. But as stated before, it's not about which way I look best. Because I love myself any which way I look!! It's about the dedication, determination, will power, and follow through for me! Obviously I don't walk around looking like pic 3 OR 4 on a normal daily basis. That's only for show time.

First pic Jan 6, 2012 (6 months after baby, 138 lbs), 2nd pic June 16, 2012 (not sure of weight, maybe 121-123), 3rd pic July 13, 2013 (again not sure of weight, maybe 115-118), 4th pic Aug 24, 2013 (my first bikini show 111 lbs).

To build muscle 1.5 grams per lb of your weight. The best way to get protein is through real food. Bars and shakes are good supplements, but food is the best source.

I've always hated fish too, but Tilapia isn't bad. Also turkey breast or low fat ground turkey is good. I use Balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, lemon, and all different varieties of Mrs. Dash to season my meats. I tend to stay away from any added sodium.

Sounds like you're on the right track! Just keep squatting/lunging/pressing/stepping up! Increase your weight as you go, build up. It will take time to build muscle. And EAT YOUR PROTEIN! :)

I practice every day...any time I pass a mirror I stop and strike at least one pose if it's not my "set aside" time for posing :) And my daughter DOES pose too! When I was doing Bikini she would stand next to me, stick out her hip and her hand in the air! Soooo cute. I'm waiting for her to start doing the Figure poses…

Take pictures all the time especially when you feel like there is no change and you know you've worked at it, a little change is better than none at all. Keep moving, keep focused. Don't beat yourself up if you aren't moving as fast as you think you should be, it didn't pile on you over night, it won't come off over night.…

Rankings just went up...I got 8th out of 12. BLECH...that sucks....lol! Gonna try my hand at a Figure competition at the end of this month and see how that goes. I'm not too excited about it at this time because to me Bikini has more glamour, glitz, flair...like me! Figure just looks so boring and monotonous with the poses…
