You should definitely lower your body fat as opposed to losing 20lbs. Weight training will make the WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Give it a try what do you have to lose, your "big thighs and love handles" as you put it?!

I'm 5'3.5 123-128 (depending on where in my TOM I am )...and can wear US Junior size 5 and very rarely a 3 or Womens sizes 2, 4, or 6 (UK sizes 26/27/28) depending on the style, cut, store. And I ALWAYS have the too big in the waist good in the thigh or vice versa dilema!!! BABY GOT BACK!!!!!
