Not currently...but I did..and it gave me fantastic results!!! :) Make sure you measure, weigh and take pics of before and after so you can track your progress. I didn't measure and I should've as I only lost 2lbs from it...but the inches and body composition change was amazing! Good luck and HAVE FUN with it!

Me, from before b4 pregnancy thru the pregnancy to the 38th week and losing the weight after pregnancy to 35 weeks post baby! And from 5 months post baby to now.

Definitely need more cal's if you're working out 4 days a week...and you should lower your carb intake and raise your protein. I left a message on your page :)

That's definitely something I hope to inspire ladies about because I was so afraid to have a baby for fear of "losing it" (my figure)! It's totally possible to have a child and be HOT again!!! :)
