Here is my journey before during and after pregnancy. I am 38yoa, 5'3.5, 36-26-36....I started trying to lose the last of the belly when she was 5 months and finished when she was 7months. I am now at my pre-baby weight, IT CAN BE DONE! Good luck in your journey XOXO

Fabulous job losing the weight!! You should be proud of yourself, you look great :) At this point I'd focus more on toning and building muscle. You might lose a few more lbs, but more importantly you will look lean and tight! Good luck on the rest of your journey

Before is 6 months after baby...after is 7 months after baby. I did Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and I play roller derby & I stayed within my 1200 calories. After the 30 days I had only lost 2 lbs but def lost more inches, unfortunately I didn't measure.

Definitely a jealousy thing. Normally I say, well I don't look this way naturally, I look like this by not eating desserts and bread all the time. Unfortunately I actually have to WORK HARD and live a healthy lifestyle for it! If they still don't understand that, ignore them and bask in glory of being healthy and fit!!!

5'3 1/2 (yes that 1/2 counts!)....and I just reached the higher end of my 123-125 goal today!!! :)

I will continue to strive for health and fitness by working out, eating healthy and hopefully live long enough to watch my baby girl grow into a beautiful woman and mother herself!!! OH AND GET SOME HOT NEW CLOTHES, I'm sick of my old wardrobe! LOL

I did it 5 days a week, lost only 2 lbs, but the change in my body composition is evident! :)
