  • 20 is what is suggested. You can do 20 total or net. So if you eat 40 total carbs then 20 of those should be from fiber so you can be at 20 net. My biggest advise to someone new who's having these kinds of symptoms is make sure you're getting your electrolytes in and increase your fat intake. You'll feel better very soon.

  • For the first month I did keto I only walked. I started working out once I'd been keto for 2 months. If you're new and working out and you don't want to take a break from the gym my best suggestion is to increase your fats. It will help build muscle and increase your energy.
