  • suggestion: in place of weights/gym, use household items . fill empty jugs (like juice, punch, soda,etc) with sand/dirt/water; use canned goods-the weight is on the label; resistance bands are cheap and the more tense you pull the band, the more weight resistance you will have. good luck-you look GREAT-if only i was your…
