Oh my gosh - you are awesome! I don't think I have ever done a MILE in less then 20 and I'm not kidding. I would jog infront of the gym teacher on "mile run day" and walk (... uhhh more like doddle) the rest of the way. I'm proud of you!! Keep it up!!
