I hate when I see this! I am 5'9 and I rock my heels when appropriate, you won't catch me dead wearing flats to a function! Hell I just bought these last week. Edit: and these bad boys put me at 6'3!

Thanks! I work out at night and usually shower and go straight to bed so, I never feel hungry etc... But I'm feeling fine so far.

I take full on diet breaks I'll diet for about 6-8 weeks then eat at maintenance for a full week, but occasionally I'll splurge and will eat something like fast food etc, while staying within my calorie limit.

Wow your trainer said that to you? I don't know what kind of relationship you have but that seems very unprofessional in my opinion, I'd start looking for another. And congrats on your NSV! I'd definitely enjoy it, you worked hard for it! And as for haters other than people telling me 'you don't need to lose' none here.

I second this! I was losing on low cal diet but felt so sluggish and un-energized! you will gain at first but totally worth it!

Thank you guys! I just got in and from school and and I'm excited to get started but taking your guys' advice and starting off slowly so I can stick with it, I hope you all don't mind me adding you in case I fall off track! Don't be afraid to put me back in check!

What is the point of posts like this? I get stating personal opinions and preferences, but when you need to bash another body type to do that, it's a bit sad. I think both bodies are beautiful... No, all bodies are beautiful and there's a way to state your opinion without putting someone else down.
