HELL NO! lol I once gained 8lbs because I upped my calories from 1200-1970 and It took me a month to surpass my original weight. I didn't check in for that whole month :laugh:

I drink wylers (all day every day lol) I love it! On the same shelf you buy your wylers there are very similar drinks, such as the hawian punch drinks that are also 5calories pretty much everything on that shelf (except cool aid) is low cal (at my grocery store anyways) and there are many different flavors of wylers.

I see what you meant and my apologies as well I misread your original post and thought that you were telling her to eat 1700 as the final goal, not as a starting point. I agree that she should start small if she's having trouble even eating at her BMR.

That is not her TDEE, it says 'based on your goal weight' that is her TDEE minus the cut value she selected.

This! I dated a swimmer once, and I hated that he had to shave everything, I think shaving armpits, legs, and downtown is a bit odd... don't get me wrong everything should be groomed but to each their own!
