Mine was not being able to fit in airplane seats anymore and I wasn't able to enjoy the traveling I was doing because I was so short of breath. I want the 2nd half of my life to be normal sized!

close except for being married and only gaining 75 pounds. I decided just over a year ago that I had to make a healthy life change. This is a great tool that will help you with your decision but your the one that has to make the minute to minute decisions. It is possible though. Add me as a friend if you want.

if everything goes perfect then yes it is. Realistically 1-2 lbs a week (48 lbs). It depends how hard you want to work at it. Then I would ask do you only want to lose the weight for a special function or do you want to make a healthier lifestyle change? My 2 cents.

You have to take it one small step at a time. Don't look at it as a diet, its a lifestyle change. Realize that it took time to get in the shape you are in and it will take time to get into a better shape. it took 50 years to get to the worst shape of my life and 14 months, (and counting) to get myself into where I am…

visiting with my sister and her husband. All of us trying to stay awake to bring in the new year. Not sure I'll make it.:flowerforyou:

congratulations on your hard work

fantastic. Great job

agree with this

If you have learned your portion sizes and the food volume that you can eat and not gain then take a break. If you are going to go back to bad habits and let the weight come back then I wouldn't do it. I know that I couldn't do it for any length of time, can't trust myself.

open your diary. Did you eat enough calories, high protein? If all you ate was veggies then that could explain why you are dragging.
-
Cant get your blog to load but great job. I'm so happy for you, that you came to this decision while you are still young. it took me too many years to come to this spot
-
Well done, congratulations

I'm going to have to try this. I have always eaten it plain, but have gotten some great ideas for additives. Thanks
