I have PCOS too and I just count my calories and exercise everyday or at least 3-4 times a week. I'm 5'0 and 170 lbs. I was around 195 lbs. I'm hoping to get around 125-130 lbs.

I walk every chance I get and do some mild stretching and chair exercises that include dips and use my water bottle filled with water and ice for my weights.

I have a desk job 7:30-4:00 and I try to walk as much as I can on my breaks and lunches, I also do chair exercises everyday using a water bottle and my chair of course. Feel free to add me. I'm 26 and I work full time and have a 2 year old and I still manage to workout 5 -6 days a week, its very hard to do but I still try my best. My husband doesn't get home till 2 hours after I do so most of the time I have to workout while trying to take care of my daughter also.

I'm running my 1st half marathon in May and I found this website that has running and cross training days with 2 rest days a week. They send you an email every morning on what you need to do for the day. The website is www.trainer.active.com it's free and I think it's a really good site it has helped me alot.

I workout 5 days a week and set it to lose about 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. I'm doing fine on 1200 calories and I don't feel hungry at the end of the day. I just started eating 1200 last week I started out at 195 and was eating about 1300 and lost 17 lbs.

I have a 24 oz. water bottle that I use at work and 24 oz. is equal to 3 cups. Hope that helps a little bit. One cup is equal to 8 oz.

I was diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago... I need to lose about 40-50 pounds also. Any support from other women with PCOS would be great!
