This seems to work for me...think of your short term goal weight as a definite. Like, "I'm going on vacation next month. It's a done deal." Your brain has accepted this fact even though something might change those plans. Now think, "I will have lost 10 lbs by the end of next month" and believe it. The food you put in your…
