  • Boil, I hate cleaning.
  • Around 2300-2400 calories a day when I lose count of the calories. I want to eat more but this is the max of my stomach's limit. Usually even if it's the free day on the weekend, I am still count the calories. This weeks though, I didn't and I think this time I over do it with all the cake and crispy things. :(
  • - 2.5 serving of Lay's - Figs .... I planned to eat a few but it get overboard to 5-10 figs..... :( - Single-Serving Mocha Chocolate Cake I don't have stevia so I make it with sugar...plug the info in MFP and it's not 205 kcal as noted in the recipes but 511 kcal.... T-T
  • Gotta agree with the coconut. :) Lowest cal with lots of potassium. Make sure it is Young coconut water/juice though. Oh and Young coconut meat too.   • Crunchy things that comes in small bite size. I can eat a piece of cake or two and stop myself, telling myself that I have eat enough. Yet, when it comes to small bite size things, it just feel like its calorie should not be added up much, but it does. -__-
