Coffee is the only vice I will not give up. 6 years ago I quit chewing tobacco after 15 years by quitting cold turkey. Coffee would be a lot harder for me to give up. I drink about a pot in the morning and then another large cup in the afternoon.

Don't go cheap to save a few bucks and good socks are a plus!

I did the first week with just watching what I ate then I started running about 1/4 mile at first and walking and now I'm up to about 6-7 miles without stopping. I usually run 3-5 days a week and do other exercising the other days. Good luck with your journey!!

4-5 times a week. Try and do 15-20 miles per week.

I had the same problem back in 2006 and have cut out soda almost completely since then. I usually get a craving for it every 6 months or so and have 1 can.

They may be high in sugar but they beat the hell out of the pop tarts I used to eat by the box!

The thing I have learned this time around is to not completely eliminate things, only the amount you eat. I did have pizza last night, but i had very little. Unlike back in the summer I would have eaten half the pizza.

I buy the Sony ones that hook around the ear and they barely go into the ear. The buds always hurt my ears and being that these dont go all the way in, they dont hurt and they stay in place throughout my run.
