I agree, its the biggest part of my weight loss. It also has become an addiction to me as well, it is the biggest stress reliever I could ask for. Nothing better than coming home from work and starting a run.

Monday-Thursday I do it as soon as I get home (4:00 PM) Friday I do it mid morning before lunch. Saturday is my off day and Sunday I also do mid morning.

I hit the "wall" two weeks ago. I took three days off and came back ready to go. I took it as my body needed a little break.

I just prefer bran cereal with a bunch of blueberries in there. I have the same thing M-F and its quick and easy.

today i had a 3 egg white omlette, with a little ff cheese, jalepenos, and then an english muffin for 190 calories.

I now love to run. I wish I could start my run at about the mile and a half mark though, It doesnt feel good to me until then. After that, there are days that I have to tell myself to stop.
