the old treadmills used to be powered by you moving, and with no electrics. is this how these work? or is it just curved, i did a quick google search, i still would stick with an elliptical or a stair climber :neutral: i just don't know about these.

cauliflower is cheap where i live. i live in a farming state, that has gotten rain for months now. not sure how calif grow, but i think our rain might have something to do with it. i think its about .90 per head around here (united states dollar). do you have an aldis? they have really cheap produce, if not try frozen.

i only get hit on when shopping. not sure why, but when i am at the dollar tree i get hit on each time i go in there. i wish i could do this, but i tried this a few years ago, and i didn't stay on target. it was hard for me to keep it up , because i didn't get to see the progress i just wasn't motivated. but you are right, the scale can be be a negitive thing for most

i enjoy bread, there is no reason to take it out of your diet completely, but sometimes i will substitute bread for lettuce. like when making sandwiches, i will make them into salad wraps instead. but when i want bread- i eat bread. if you try to cut it out completely you will be left feeling unsatisfied. bread is alright…

the best way is to get a heart rate monitor and log what it says. i have a nordic track elliptical, and the monitor on it wayy over estimates my calorie burn :)
