i worked with a set of mirror identical twins, it was amazing, they were nothing alike! i didn't even think they looked alike, but were the same height and weight, they are amazing, i still talk to them daily!

congrats! i am type one diabetic, so i must be on shots the rest of my life. but my last a1c was 8.5, so a 4 is fantastic! congrats once again! :) i am sooo jealous!

i have tried drinking green tea at night, and i am not sure if its doing anything with weight loss, but it makes me sleepy and relaxed! my two year old drinks 2 glasses a day of it, and i highly recommend it. as for the pills, there is not quick fix, and the only pills i recommend are vitamins that your doctor recommends.…

i am 5 foot 4, and juniors items fit me better than most of the "misses", i think it depends on the person, and their body type, i think i look best in clothes that fit, i don't care what department i have to get them from.

oh i LOVE her! i love all of her walks, my faves are the 1 mile, 3 mile, and the kid walks! she is so cute, and i love how easy paced it is! :) i was wondering this a little while ago, so i just estimated on how i felt after wards, i weighed 160 last time i did one, and i said a 1 mile was approx 100 calories :)

if its lower than 15 calories, i don't log it, that is like logging water. they say that water has like 5 calories per glass or something like that. i think its just silly to over analize it, if your chewing 293838 pieces of gum a day, yes log it, if its under10 pieces, i wouldn't bother, for the same reason i dont log…

i have lost 100 lbs, twice! i usually start pregnancys around 150ish lbs, and end them around 260ish, i don't have many pics, but my profile pic is me at 150lbs, and i have no lose skin, except what is expected with having children. i don't worry about the skin, and ALL of you look great!!! those pics are so inspirational!

i dont' think your overreacting at all. i am a non smoker, and my neighbor below me smokes outside, i cannot open my windows, or go out on my balcany. my sons are not allowed to play outside when she is home. this is not over reacting, its a very offensive smell, and is hard to get rid of, and the thought of using sprays…

i have had two c sections, and my stomach is almost flat, i had two low laying tranverse incisions, if that makes a difference, i am also very overweight at around 160lbs and 5 foot 4, but my stomach isn't that bad looking.
