I'm 5'10"...in August I started eating 1600 cals a day, never going over/eating back my cals...and swimming a hour 3 times a week. By November I lost so many inches!!! And about 35 lbs..then xmas/new years/valentines came and I'm up 10 lbs..time to get back to it at 1600!! :)

I started this time around at 265..I got down to 231 when I felt good about my progress :-)

I used an Avon $8 bottle of stretch mark remover..used it everyday after showering for 6 months and my red stretch marks faded :-)

I eat what ever I want in small portions...so though fried isn't good for you, small portions, and I mean small! isn't going to hurt ya. I feel that we shouldn't change everything about what we eat but portions....
