My "secret breakfast" is 8 oz strong coffee (espresso) mixed in a blender with 2 packets of vanilla "Z Pro 25" from Natural Health Labs and ice and water. It makes 2 liters of a strong coffee-flavored drink. That espresso jolts me awake, and the Z Pro 25 is high in protein. It's roughly 286 calories, 50 units of protein.

Try the Ancient Grains Almond Granola from Costco. It has no cafeene, but it will solve the constipation issue. Tastes good too.

I was over 300 at the top, went down to 241 and now back up to 260.... it's a never ending process, but worthwhile doing. Keep up the great work, your story is an inspiration in itself !!

Try using Balsamic vinegar flavored with fruit, there are basically no calories or oil or anything, it tastes a bit tart, but good. Someone showed me a bottle at wholefoods, and I'm hooked on it.
