Just checking in to see how everyone is doing this week. After two weeks on the treadmill I saw a quick 4 lbs drop right away but no change lately! I'm starting to get bummed out!! I've decided not to climb on the scale until Friday morning, hoping to see it drop...even if its just one pound!!

5'8' and 212lbs. I am 47yrs old and decided to train for a mini triathalon that will take place on Apr 29. I have a treadmill and stationary bike that both have ifit. I decided to get the Jillian Michaels level I ifit progam for both the treadmill/bike and after one week, I'm down one size. I can't wait to get through this…
