  • there is no "add" . I went to "choose an exercise" picked the activity and entered the time, it gives the cal burned but no way to add it

  • Hi, From personal experience you can. i did it in 2004. i started in jan and ran/walked/wogged twice a wk and slowly increased and ran the suntrust marathon in nov. I ran on wed and sat.
