Done it back in October. Just be very careful - I almost tore my knees with 30DS, I'm pretty fit to begin with. I knew people who actually torn theirs and had to get surgeries.

Alicia, I completed 30 DS back in Nov and doing my second round. The first time I did it, I made sure I did 10 days per level. Come to level 2 and 3, I was getting a little bored for it was too short (I think, at least for me), so I did two levels back to back. That way I have a total of 40 minute circuit training that I…
