I have a Grand dog that is a beagle and it is common among that bred. Our little guy will have them and you just feel so helpless. Hope there is something they can do you for yours.

My pet peeve is you pick up a maz that has something about losing weight and the next subject is this fat dang cake recipe. Hold on I was just reading about lossing now they show me cake and pies and cookies. Can't they get one good maz that is not such a flip to one or the other.

I got the DVD Zumba and it just isn't the same. You only have yourself and there is no movtivation to do it since its just you. You could use your music set it to the zumba DVD. Hope your more in tune than I was. Good luck. I do love Zumba when I would go with my daughter.

Zumba is so much fun. You don't have to do just what they are doing. I went a few times with my daughter and loved it. I did not do anything close to what they were doing but had a blast and a laugh. You would enjoy it. Some times I could just stand and wiggle and giggle but it was fun.

Try just adding some lemon juice. a few drops will be all you need to change the taste and use other flavors. don't need to over do it with taste all your trying to do just add a touch of flavor.

I have never liked Mayo of any kind. Sub whip topping to a creamy type salad and stuff like that. But guess there is no kind of sub for it. Like someone said just exerice a few more minutes, maybe cut it in half and add sour cream to it. still get the flavor your looking for.

Yes I have a Vit D deficient too. Along with thin and weak bones. Now have to take fosamax one a wk to help increase bone with calcium and make them stronger. Hope you don't take chances and get the Vit D you need. They do have them lights for ppl that need light from Vit D. Take care you only have one body.

He will not eat fish. Can not have shell fish nor a great deal of red meat cause of cholesterol. He has had a triple bypass and has to be careful what he eats. Try the Foil way. No clean up either. Mix with seasoning and veggies and wrap in foil and put it in the oven. Go to Reynolds wrap and look for the recipe. Makes a quick and easy meal.

Try Zumba that is lots of fun. Went a few times with my daughter and I loved it. She goes 3 times a wk and doing real well with it.
