Do a bench chest press. Sometimes my wrist & shoulder bother me doing planks or trying to do pushups, so I do that so the pressure is off my joints, but still working the muscles you want.

40mg isn't really super high. Most people don't get enough fiber. It's usually recommended at least 25mg for females & 30-35 for males. I like to shoot for 30 a day. I'm 32 & don't think I've ever really had a type when it comes to physical appearances with guys I've dated. Pretty much all sizes. I think one of my only requirements is I'd like them to be taller than me but I'm only 5'2" so it's really not that hard.

Cheese. I will not give up cheese. Glad my favorite is mozzarella though, so it's low in fat & cals. I do eat a lot less cheese than I used to or would eat if I wasn't trying to have less. I would eat a pound a day if I could, but I usually try to keep it less than 3 oz.

My night workout is much more effective than my morning workout because I actually do it. The only reason why I do workouts earlier now instead of after 11pm like before is because I feel so amazing after a workout I want to feel like that all day! But I still rarely work out any earlier than 3pm haha

I love Insanity. It's pretty hardcore & you'll definitely push yourself to your limits. You don't have to buy supplements or expensive food. I eat healthy on a budget & my macros are now 45c/ 25f/ 30p.

I do most days. I like to do at least 30-45mins of cardio 5 or 6 days a week, & strength maybe 4 days a week right now. Sometimes I do cardio earlier in the day & strength at night, or if I do them together I do strength first after a 5-10min warm up so I'm not trying to do strength being a super sweaty sticky mess lol

That's pretty much what I do, eat around 1,400 & exercise about 300 so net around 1,100. I eat well & not usually hungry & have a little less than 40lbs to lose on my 5'2" self.

I'm from San Francisco. There are a million things to do here, and the weather has actually been half decent lately. In Oakland, unless you want to go to a rave or see the A's there's not much to do lol. Napa is great. Definitely stay overnight.

Avocados are a seriously amazing food. Like, if food had a cape, an avocado would probably be wearing it. Eating even a whole one a day is perfectly healthy. Now maybe if you were eating 3, 4, or 5 a day, I'd say you have to introduce more foods into your diet lol :smile:

I use Trader Joe's vanilla too & LOVE it! Sometimes I even just put in a couple spoonfuls into half a water bottle & shake it up & it's even good that way too!
