2 on a good day.

Nothing bad. I usually don't have higher than 1,500mg daily. Maybe that's why I don't get as thirsty as most people haha. But other than that it hasn't been an issue. It is good to have some sodium though since you lose some via sweat/ body fluids.

My 1200 calorie diet isn't a diet and 1200 is not a magic number to me. My "diet" is the way I like to eat - good healthy (mostly organic vegetarian) foods, not starving, not stuffing myself, wine & cheese & the occasional treat. 1200 cals is just one of the many numbers that go into my eating & lifestyle: Fats, proteins,…

Your other half has a hot body btw. :)

There are success stories at 1200 cals & 4000+ cals. There are people who don't/ can't exercise & people who train 2-4 hours a day. There are under 5ft people & over 6ft people & people who need to lose half their weight & people who just need to tone. It's not all black & white which is why I'm not too fond of a lot of…

I actually decided to add a couple animal foods like cottage cheese & greek yogurt recently to up my protein & didn't want to add meat. I was eating 55c/30f/15p & now 45c/30f/25p & happy with that.

I started looking into getting a shake/ protein shake/ whatever a couple of months ago. I liked what I read in Shakeology, but I haven't tried it yet. I do know I cannot afford it though. Probably looked at 20-30 different shakes in whatever form in whatever store or online store I've found the past couple of months. I…

^^^ This. I've always had a butt no matter what size I was/ am. The only time my butt bothered me is when I was on the treadmill - elliptical or anywhere else I didn't mind so much. I really wish I could run... If I could I probably wouldn't really care what I looked like much, I'd just be glad that I was healthy enough to…

It's really hard, but I love it. And you can & should go at your own pace like others mentioned. I'm about halfway through & already planning on doing another round. :)

I could be put in that category. Been at it for about 2 months now & doing great. Eat around 1100-1300, once a week maybe 1500. Net usually 1000-1200. I'm only 5'2" and very sedentary - I don't even work or go to school. I eat really healthy too. "Mostly organic vegetarian" is what I say lol. Although I will indulge in…

A miracle it must have been all those years I was skinny by only dancing (cardio) while eating cheeseburgers & never lifted a weight. (Not against weight lifting or eating healthy; just pointing out the absurdity of people making these threads.)

I hate aspartame & wish it didn't exist. And I've gotten my information from "actual research" and education & not "documentaries" over the past 6&1/2 years. I am a fan of honey & stevia for sweeteners - usually in my tea. I don't really eat sweets (never had a sweet tooth.)
-
I'm 5'2" and have no idea what my actual pant size is. Most of the pants in my closet are a size 0-4 when I was 100-120, but I haven't really been in them for about a year &1/2 - 2 years. I'm 150 right now & been wearing stretchy black pants pretty much every day.

I was very active my whole life & then got health issues that prevented me from being able to do much at all. It's been a few years & I'm starting to finally get better & being able to move, but going from 110lbs to 155lbs makes everything much more tiring & difficult. I know I have to be patient but I'm not really a…

Boy, I wish I could have called the cops on my old neighbors who smoked cigarettes & the smell used to drift into my apartment...

People's results vary, but overall most people I've talked to seem happy with Insanity whether they lost more inches or weight. I started with a group of people on here a little over a month ago & a lot of them were losing like 2-5lbs a week the first couple weeks, whereas it took me 2&1/2 weeks to lose my first pound, but…

I LOVE tea! I'm not a tea snob the way I can be a wine snob, but I really love tea so I wouldn't be surprised if I get super more into it in the future. Green tea is the most revered by pretty much everyone for its various health benefits/ antioxidants. Not going to get into them, but I'm sure you heard of them. :) I try…

This is a trick question. Breakfast meaning eating when you wake up - yes overrated. Breakfast meaning breakfast foods - totally underrated, great any time of the day. Unless you have some major medical problem that tells you to do other wise: Eat when you're hungry, don't eat when you're not.

Yeah I was going to ask what you have set as your protein % too. I upped mine to 25% (MFP had it at 15%) and have been doing great with that. I don't always hit 25% but that's okay. I feel 20-25% is ideal for me. The extra 5-10% has helped me manage my hunger better, & like you, I don't really eat meat/ red meat, & get my…

Hey there! I'm vegetarian too, & usually low calorie, around 1,300 a day, and unemployed on food stamps right now too. I've learned how to eat pretty well though on like $5-6 a day. My food diary is open to friends if you wanted to look at it, or feel free to ask me any questions. :)

Pretty much the same thing... I've always wanted to dance. I didn't want to "be a dancer" - but I wanted to dance. I did acting, but I can't sing. Choreography is also my #1 passion in life, & probably always will be. I always wanted to do big things & create though. So far I've done lots of smaller creative things, &…

I don't really eat red meat either (or drink cow milk, but I do love mozzarella cheese.) My current ratios are 45/30/25 & it's been working out pretty well for me. My fats are pretty much all good fats too, usually coming from things like nuts, avocados, olive oil, cheese... If I do go over on something in fats or carbs I…

^ I know a boatload of vegans & vegetarians & I've never come across someone with those types of problems. Maybe it's because I'm from California & we're awesome.
-
I'm not 100% super hardcore vegan, but I like to eat "mostly vegan" (like when I grocery shop I usually only buy vegan foods) & also don't eat junk like fast food or artificial sweeteners. When I changed my eating habits about 6 years ago I noticed a huge difference in just a few months (besides losing some weight.) My…

Yes. The support system & accountability for the 5-6 weeks I've been on here I know has helped a bunch. Hopefully I've been able to give back some encouragement to my friends on here as well. :)

Eat bacon. Be happy.
-
I do it. The more I deprive myself of something the more I'll think of it & when the time comes for me to have it I'd eat more than planning. Perfect example: I learned not to give up alcohol or cheese for Lent (40 days.) The time I gave up alcohol, I was beyond plastered 3 days after, & when I gave up cheese I ended up…

I had a deep fried Oreo in Vegas for my bday once because they were out of deep fried Twinkies. :) I always wanted to try one.

They're pretty much usually like a 2 inch by 2 inch square (guessing that's like 5 centimeters) where the "crust" is on the outside & pizza stuff is on the inside. Like a big crispy pizza ravioli. :)
-
I'm sorry, I seemed to have gotten lost at "pizza" and am somewhere in wonderful gooey mozzarella land...
